Stayed here for a concert. Location was easy to access from and to the freeway. Perfect location for downtown restaurants and bars. The skywalk to Van Andel Arena was a short trip and extremely convenient. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Customer service was superb. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Grand Rapids.

We've had a great stay. The room is spacious. We got a king with a sofa, and right next to the giant window, it is a sweet spot to work or read. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good although the water completely went off as I was showering yesterday at 10ish. I went to the gym and when I came back, it was on again? One washer/dryer laundry room. Restaurant with good hours onsite. Decent gym. Very nice pool, good size. Best part is the sky bridge to the arena and Devos center. Right next to the blue pedestrian bridge. Short walk to art museum, public museum, FORD museum. I walked to the zoo and the Meyer May house (a Frank Lloyd Wright house). Parking is 29/day. Not a lot of shopping nearby, but plenty of restaurants.
I had the best time staying at the Courtyard, the staff is so sweet and friendly, and it’s just the most perfect location! 10/10 would reccomend the breakfast flatbread at The Bistro!
I’ve stayed here 3 times for work in the last 3 years and they always had things to perfection; I had a bad experience at the Amway earlier tonight and moved to this hotel and they accommodated all of our needs and the rooms were clean and beautiful with great views! I’ll always choose this hotel if I ever have to stay in Grand Rapids. Best staff, great prices, hot showers, great breakfast and hot tub/pool.
My buddy and I booked a trip to Grand Rapids to watch the Griffin's play at their arena and we stayed at the Courtyard Mariot. Amazing rooms and they’re super clean and well maintained. We booked the hotel knowing it was right next to the arena but what we didn’t realize is this Courtyard and the J.W Mariot have a sky walk that takes you right into the Arena without having to step foot outside. Amazing game and automosphere at the Arena and love how everything is literally right by this hotel. Amazing bars and night life right across the street. Definitely kid friendly and I’d highly recommend and you can beat the prices.
Loved everything about our stay.We came in for a concert and we're very close the the venue,Skywalk is attached. The room was nice and clean.The staff were all fabulous! Of all of my years staying in hotels,this staff was top notch.The bar/ bistro was also great! Highly recommend!
Rooms very clean, had refrigerator which was nice. Water pressure was great. Bed very comfortable. Skywalk connecting to the Van Andel Arena was so convenient (was enclosed for the cooler night weather). Keisha & Rachelle at the Courtyard were amazing, very helpful & polite. Parking garage was connected to the hotel & convenient. Would definitely recommend & would rebook if ever back in the area!
